Kat & Jodi – Destination wedding in a medicean villa on Florence hills
Kat and Jodi wanted to organize not only a wedding but a family and friend’s reunion because their guests came from every corner of the world.
In love with Italy and La Dolce Vita (Jodi has Italian heritage) they decided that Florence could have been a fair destination for everyone.
Their ceremony took place in the majestic Italian Garden and they decided to “ride” the aisle on red Vespa reaching the altar together with the surprise of their dears.
Their reception was then hosted inside the big Lemon Tree house of the villa surrounded by millions of fairy lights. Along the minimal rustic table a long line of vintage bulbs highlighted the simple but chic floral arrangement in mix and match of different antique bottles together with classic wine bottles used as candlesticks.
In front of them the bottle of Champagne of their first night out, another very romantic note.
For their first dance a backdrop of lanterns and a tent of fairy lights created a magical atmosphere.
