We guide you through the selection process by sharing our local expertise and honest insights, helping you compare each option, understand the pros and cons, and choose the venue that best suits your celebration. Once you’ve made your decision, we’ll also assist with reviewing the contract and finalizing the booking.
Yes, and we believe these tools are essential to a smooth and enjoyable planning experience. Every project comes with a shared timeline to keep all the details aligned and up to date, a visual project to capture the look and feel of your event, and floor plans so you can truly visualize what we’re creating together.
We handle it all. We personally curate and manage your entire vendor team, selecting only trusted professionals who truly understand your vision and respect your investment. All sourcing, communication, negotiations, and contracts go through us, allowing us to oversee every detail and keep the entire process carefully managed.
Of course, we are open to working with vendors outside of our recommendation list, especially for personal touches like hair and make up, entertainment or artistic performances, we’re completely flexible.

We manage the full production process: logistics, supplier coordination, installation, and on-site supervision, while also sourcing, renting, or custom-producing every element needed, from furniture and props to florals and tableware.
