Cecilia & James – A late summer destination wedding
Cecilia, an extrovert italian, and Jamie, a composed Brit, both living in London. During a wonderful weekend in Tuscany, Jamie proposed. The style inspiration came once they saw Borgo Stommennano, a dramatic venue overlooking Monteriggioni, in the province of Siena. The colour palette has been driven by the last rays of summer and some deep autumnal tones, both typical of the end of September. A late lunch wedding which lead to fully enjoy the view of a stunning sunset on the old walls of the medieval village. The bride loved to plan her own wedding driven by the design that we dreamt together since the beginning. An artist, more than a simple photographer, Naomi Goggin, behind her vintage cameras, captured the memories and the emotions of this beautiful day. We had fun together designing every single detail of the wedding ending with a “dramatic” cake show cooking under the majestic columns that frame the entrance of the Borgo.
