Marion & Øystein, a young multicultural couple, French, Canadian, Lebannes and Nowegian, who love travelling and exploring new cultures, but most of all in love with each other and good Italian food and wine.
Life brought them to NYC where they both work for tech companies such as Instagram and Google.
They got engaged on the rolling hills of Montepulciano, so they had the best excuse to look for a venue in Tuscany where, along with their family and friends, they could spend an entire weekend celebrating their wedding.
Marion and Øystein wanted a fun and interactive wedding that could reflect their personalities and entertain their guests and here – if I may say – we did a great job along with the whole team of vendors who work at the wedding.
Borgo Corsignano, a stunning venue located in Casentino, a beautiful countryside in between Florence and Arezzo was the perfect location for their dream wedding in Tuscany with their romantic garden decorated with all the “celebrating LOVE” statues.
Marion & Øystein got married under a blooming pink and orange arch – making the whole group laughing and crying at the same time.
A wonderful flower decorated swing, an Instagram photo corner and the surprise entrance of BrindApino – a prosecco Ape serving Spritz – where the main entertainment during the aperitivo.
Dining in a green garden was one of their first wishes when we met and so it was. We set up the dinner under strings of lights: three long wooden tables, a flower decor made of a multitude of small vases ranging from blush pink to coral and pops of fuchsia flowers, brass elegant yet minimal candlesticks and mix and matched chairs were the ingredients for enjoying good Italian food and wines.
Cake cutting happened a little out of the standards: they had different cakes for each of their routes and places of their hearts: a full international wedding desserts corner.
Then, holding their signature drinks, they moved to the party area with the dj performing live with his eclectic guitar over their fav music.
Fun fact: we organized at the bar a race between their two signature cocktails…guess who won??!
